• Built on published research

Every book organizes and simplifies research that is already publicly available, from psychology journals, public health bodies, and established clinical writing. Nothing here is invented, and nothing is presented as a discovery.

  • Awareness, not advice

These books explain how things like anxiety, attention, and emotional habits tend to work. They use careful language, "some people find," "this may help", because no book can know your situation. They are not therapy and not a diagnosis.

  • A real person behind it

I'm 20, I live in Serbia, and I started writing these in August 2024 when I was 17. I publish under a business name rather than my own, but everything I tell you about how these books were made is true.

Before you begin

These are educational books. They are meant to help you understand what's happening in your attention, emotions, thoughts, and experiences, a little more clearly than you did before.

They are not therapy, not a diagnosis, and not a replacement for professional support. If you are struggling right now, please talk to a doctor or a licensed therapist. Wherever you are, free and confidential help exists. findahelpline.com lists verified crisis lines in more than 175 countries. In the US and Canada, call or text 988. In the UK and Ireland, call 116 123. In Australia, call 13 11 14.

If that's clear, I'd be glad to have you on the shelf.
