Refund policy
Awareness Shelf sells digital books (PDFs), delivered by email within minutes of purchase. Because the files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final.
Before you buy. Every product page lists the book's complete contents, chapter by chapter, and includes a descriptiont so you can judge the content of book for yourself. If anything is unclear, email help@awarenesshelf.com before ordering and I'll answer honestly, including telling you if I don't think a book is right for you.
What I will always put right. Regardless of the above, you will receive a full refund if:
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- Your files never arrived and I was unable to deliver them to you
- You received a book other than the one you purchased
If a download link fails, email me and I'll send your files directly, that usually solves it within the hour. If I still can't get them to you, you get your money back in full.
How to reach me. Email help@awarenesshelf.com with the address you used at checkout and your order number. I read every message myself and answer within two days, usually sooner. Please write to me before opening a dispute with your payment provider; I can almost always resolve a problem faster than they can.
EU and UK customers. Digital content is supplied immediately upon purchase. By completing checkout you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins.
